Coach: Juliam "JJ" Albino
St. Johns is thrilled to be able to offer swimmers an on-campus heated competition pool. Our team consists of swimmers of varying ability levels from novice swimmer to swimmers competing at the state level. Coaches emphasize and stress a culture of excellence and commitment. With goal setting and relentless effort by coaches to improve athletes' strokes and race technique, St. Johns encourages the development of character and self-discipline.
Coach JJ's goal is to have every swimmer enjoy swimming, improve their skills in the pool, and compete as part of a team in a safe and encouraging environment. The swimming program works to develop leaders, not only in the water, but around campus, and to demonstrate school values to each student every day.
Practices:
Practices are directly after school from August through October.
Program Success:
St. Johns has a history of success at the district and state level. St. Johns swimmers have gone on to continue their swimming careers collegiately, including at the Division I level.
