Junior Lexi Buchanan was chosen from a field of nine girls and crowned Miss St. Johns; junior Kelsey Coon was first runner-up and junior Gabby Belloit was the second runner-up. Other contestants included: Amanda Chick, Sidney Reynolds, Teré Smith, Michaela Stratton, Loni Taylor, and Sabrina Tomlinson.The pageant was sponsored by the Miss St. Johns Pageant Committee: Ms. Andrea Albea, Ms. Heidi Eisenreich, Ms. Kristin Hodge, and Ms. Amy Pendoley. The event was emceed by Franklin Ritch, Mr. St Johns 2010, and Jordan Robbins, Miss St. Johns 2009. The door donations, which exceeded $1,000, will go to benefit Camp Sunshine.
