Campus Update for May 2, 2017
Campus Update for May 2, 2017

Good afternoon! Here are this week's updates from St. Johns Country Day School:

Athletes Advance to State Track & Field Meet

Congratulations to the 16 Spartan Athletes St. Johns sent to the Regional meet last week-- the largest contingent since 2013. The Spartans scored in an impressive 11 of the 17 events they contested and three Spartans advance to the State Championships this week Thursday and Friday, May 5 and 6: Courtney Sage, Jett Isley, and Mackenzie Glenn. Congratulations, Track & Field Athletes!

AP Exam Week #1

This week and next are AP exam weeks at St. Johns, and 76 Spartans will be taking 151 AP examinations over the two week period. It's a big deal, and they've been working hard to prepare. Taking these exams will help our St. Johns Spartans save on college costs, as most U.S. universities offer college credit, advanced placement, or both, for qualifying AP exam scores. Good luck, students!

PTL Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast Wednesday

The final PTL meeting of the year will take place, Wednesday, May 3, 2017, immediately followed by the annual Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast. The meeting will start at 8:15 a.m. in the Lower School Library.
