Make Health Your Resolution!

Healthy Students: Encourage your student to make healthy food choices, be active, and get plenty of rest.

Viruses can linger for months passing from one host to another. Do your part to protect your child, yourself, and others and keep sick children home. Use frequent and proper handwashing to keep yourself well.

Healthy Family: Plan to eat more meals together as a family. Build meals around seasonal fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats to maintain a healthy diet.

Get up and get moving: encourage and support physical activity for the whole family. A family walk each day fosters bonding and healthy life long habits.

Prep School College Fair

Mark your calendar and save the date for the 2020 Jacksonville Preparatory Schools College Fair, which will take place from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the University of North Florida's University Center, 12000 Alumni Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224.
