Campus Update for Tuesday, May 12, 2020

Spartan Families,

It's hard to believe that only two weeks remain in what has been a most unusual year. I continue to be so impressed by the simply amazing work of St. Johns' teachers, staff, and students as we all prepare ourselves for one last push toward the end of the year. In Upper School, students are taking AP exams, preparing for SATs and ACTs, and working hard for a strong finish to the school year. Middle School students are finishing creative projects and about to be inducted into the National Junior Honor Society, and our Lower School Spartans continue to show us all what resilience and perseverance are all about. And do stay tuned for what is sure to be a most entertaining talent showcase later this month!

Even though we cannot be together at flag raising, I'm thrilled once again to salute all of this week's birthdays with our traditional Spartan One Clap. Happy birthday, one and all!

William Pounds Ayva Safreed Anderson Sneed
Ryan Croft Aidyn Witt Nola Scott Tingle
Grayson Kalch Jacob Thomas Kena Herrera
Matthew Stratton Grant Cassady
Samantha Shimko     Stuart Mackenzie

We hope you have a great week!

Spartan best,

College Acceptances

Our Senior Spartans may not be on campus, but that doesn't mean we stop celebrating their college acceptances! This week, we're sending hearty Spartan congratulations to Senior Kendall Sage, who received her acceptance to Texas Christian University. Congratulations, Kendall!

Online Book Buyback

In cooperation with our textbook vendor, MBS, this year St. Johns is pleased to bring our families an online book buyback.
