St. Johns Country Day School invites you to Boddy Mansion for Clue: On Stage (High School Edition) this Friday November 6 and Saturday November 7 at 7:00. Was it the butler, the cook, the maid, Miss Scarlet, Professor Plum, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock, Mrs. White, or Colonel Mustard with the candlestick in the library? Think you can figure out who is the murderer? Test your deductive skills when you join us for this fun and fast paced show!

Tickets are $5.00 for adults and free for students/children. In order to maintain social distancing, tickets are available by reservation only. Please email with the number of adults and students/children and where you would like to be seated. You can then send in cash or check. Livestreaming will also be available, and those tickets are also on sale. We hope to see you at Clue: On Stage!

Cold & Flu Season is Here!

Just a reminder that, beyond COVID-19, cold and flu season is upon us and some of our Spartans are, unfortunately, falling victim. Parents, please be reminded that students must be fever-free without fever-reducing medicines such as Tylenol for at least 24 hours before they return to school. Please do not send students to school with a temperature over 100.4, or while on temperature-lowering medicines. If your child develops a fever or sore throat while at school, you will be called to come pick them up and will be kept isolated until that time. Please reach out to School Nurse Michele Adams-Lentz with any questions. Thank you for your help keeping our Spartans safe and healthy this flu season!

Support the St. Johns Fund Today!

The St. Johns Fund, the School's annual giving program, helps us develop students who can seek solutions, accept responsibility, and lead collaboration. Your support of the St. Johns Fund is more important now than ever before. Contributions to the St. Johns Fund allow much-needed flexibility not only through our triumphs but also through adversity. From upgraded classroom resources, art materials, and athletic equipment to enhanced student services, PPE, and sanitization supplies, ongoing support beyond tuition enhances the important work we do today while strengthening our impact on your child and the students of tomorrow.

Please consider making a gift to the St. Johns Fund this year. Make your gift by cash, check, online here, or by texting SPARTANS to 243-725. If you have already made a gift to the St. Johns Fund, thank you! If you haven’t made a gift yet, we hope we can count on you to commit to the St. Johns Fund this year.

Athletics Updates

Winter sports are now all underway and we want to draw your attention once again to the safety protocols St. Johns will have in place due to the coronavirus pandemic. These protocols work to promote everyone's health and safety during these very unusual times and cover attendance, seating, and many other aspects of our athletic contests. New Spartan Splashers Swim Program

Do you have a student in Grades K-5 who loves the water and can't get enough of the pool? Or maybe you're just looking for a great sport for your youngster to help support a lifetime of fun and fitness. If so, be sure to register your child for Spartan Splashers, the new Lower School auxiliary program from St. Johns Country Day School. Each course will run after school from 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for 4 weeks. The first class kicks off on Monday, November 9. Daily temperature checks will be in place for everyone, and class sizes are limited to no more than 15 swimmers so sign up today! All students in Grades K-5 are welcome; no need to be a St. Johns student to register, so sign up with a friend!

Character Foundations in November

This month in Character Foundations, St. Johns' innovative character education program, students in all grades are learning about gratitude, which is defined as letting others know you see how they've helped you. Visit to learn more about gratitude, find out some of the things our Spartans will be learning about and doing this month, and get resources you can use to reinforce the lessons at home.
