Campus Update for Tuesday, June 1

Good afternoon! Here are this week's news and announcements from St. Johns Country Day School:

Congratulations, Class of 2021!

In a beautiful ceremony Saturday night, St. Johns celebrated the graduation of the 62 members of the Class of 2021. You can read more about it at Congratulations, new alumni!

Report Cards Now Available

Report cards for all divisions are now available in My School App. To view your student's report card, log in to the parent portal in My School App and then, at the top-left, select your student. Under Performance, select "Report Cards."

Summer Reading

We've all heard that reading over the summer helps students retain knowledge and skills they gained over the previous year—not to mention, it's just plain fun! Summer reading lists for students in all three divisions are now available on their respective My School App Topics pages. To get there, after you log in to My School App, click on Groups to select your student's division. Then choose "Topics" and scroll down to Summer Reading. And, enjoy!

MBS Book Buyback

That's a wrap on 2020-2021 and the time is here to sell your books back to MBS. If you purchased your student's books from MBS this year and would like to sell them back, visit the MBS website to get started. It's fast and easy-- just log in to your account and fill out a buyback quote. Return your books (shipping is free!), and get paid by Paypal or check. Need a quick primer? Here's a short video overview.

Summer Camps & Driver's Ed Starting Monday!

A number of great summer camps are starting up next week, including our babsitter's course, driver's education, and soccer camp. Not to mention, of course, our regular day camp, which is available with wraparound care and extended day all summer long from 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. No need to be a St. Johns student to attend, so grab a friend, and we'll see you at the pool! Sign up today at!

Subscribe to St. Johns' Calendar

It's been a tough year to stay on top of what's going on, with events and dates changing so frequently due to COVID-19. Simplify your life by subscribing to the School's calendars on your phone. Then you'll have everything you need all in one place, and it'll automatically update for you if there are any changes. To subscribe, just visit and select the gray RSS button above the monthly view. Then, for each calendar you want, just hover over the green iCal button to select the format you need and install. It's that easy! Not sure which one to pick? We recommend the "Master" calendar, to stay on top of everything that's happening.

While the School year is coming to a close, we're still here for you throughout the summer, and Campus Update will continue to come to you each Tuesday. It will be your source for start-of-year information, links, and reminders all summer long.

We hope you have a great week!
