St. Johns' Summer Academic Program welcomes all students ready to take an extra step toward academic excellence. Lower School reading and math classes have an intensive, small-group review of the past year’s academics and an introduction to the upcoming year’s requirements. Classes are designed for both enrichment and remediation for those students wanting to get a good start in the fall.
A range of courses are available for St. Johns Middle and Upper School students, including driver's education, geometry, engineering, Foundations of Art, and more. Middle and Upper School can have their summer academic course(s) grade averaged with their past year’s grade. Geometry students have the opportunity to receive a full-year’s credit during the six week term and advance to Algebra 2 in the fall.
We have a veteran faculty that will focus on your student’s particular needs, and you can merge summer academics with summer camp to create a full day experience -- including extended day from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.-- for your student.
2019 Summer Academics begin on Monday, June 10, 2019. Stay tuned for course availability and registration information.
