Strategic Plan

St. Johns Country Day School's 2020-2025 Strategic Plan provides the framework and road map for the goals of our school and community across a five-year span. This aspirational plan affirms our commitment to leading-edge teaching and learning, amplifying a strong college preparatory program that extends beyond college, and a focus on long-term financial sustainability. The work on this plan began in July 2020, and the plan was approved by the Board of Trustees in May 2021. The result is a testimony to the visionary leadership of Head of School Valorie Baker and the collaborative efforts of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Board of Trustees.
