Since our very first graduating class in 1956, 100% of St. Johns graduates have been accepted to college. Today, preparing students for college and life beyond is a primary goal for every teacher and administrator at St. Johns and it guides much of the course curriculum and counseling offered. With that important goal in mind, the St. Johns Office of College Counseling provides thorough and individualized college planning for all students from Grade 8 through graduation. St. Johns' College Journey puts each student on a path to success, as evidenced by these facts from the Class of 2019:
Throughout their Upper School years, each student is enrolled in a college counseling course, which is designed to guide students through the college search, admission, financial, and enrollment processes. St. Johns hosts many college representatives on campus each year to facilitate more meaningful student interactions with schools they may be interested in. Our goal is for every St. Johns graduate to have a smooth and successful transition to college and beyond.
St. Johns is proud to host visits from scores of colleges and universities each year on our Orange Park campus. Keep reading to view a list of college admissions representatives who visited last year, talking with students, answering questions, and telling our Spartans all about their college, university, or military academy.
