Financial Aid

There are many factors to consider when applying to St. Johns, and affordability is one of the most important.

Financial aid may be available for students based on a family’s demonstrated need. It is important to note that an application for financial aid in no way affects admission decisions.

In order to apply for financial aid, parents must submit a financial aid application online here. Clarity provides a need analysis for financial aid based on the Parent’s Financial Statement. St. Johns’ Financial Aid Committee uses this information as the basis for financial aid awards.

Begin the Online Application with Clarity

The Clarity Application for Financial Aid is a streamlined and user-friendly way for families to securely share key information. Most families are able to complete the application in less than 30 minutes. You can always save your progress and return later. Families should use the Quick Reference Guide when submitting an application.

  • Click here to create your account.
  • Start with your household and applicant information. Select St. Johns Country Day School as the school. Sign and submit the tax verification form to give Clarity permission to pull your prior year tax returns. This means you won’t need to upload them yourself.
  • Complete your financial aid information, including income, expenses, assets, and debts.
  • The application fee is $65 per household.
  • Check the “Document Requests” panel on your portal to see what you need to upload.

All financial aid awards are granted for one year and are renewable by application annually.
